Job Purpose
The Driver will provide transportation, logistics, and office support services to Jhpiego staff and project teams.
The role will focus on:

Key Job Responsibilities
1. Safe Transportation Services
The selected candidate will:
- Drive Jhpiego vehicles for official assignments in compliance with organizational transport policies
- Transport staff, consultants, and project teams safely and professionally
- Ensure punctual movement for meetings, field visits, trainings, and project activities
- Follow all road traffic regulations and vehicle safety guidelines

Vehicle Maintenance & Inspection
The Driver will be responsible for maintaining vehicle functionality and safety.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct daily checks of:
- Vehicle oil levels
- Tyres and tyre pressure
- General vehicle condition
- Keep vehicles clean inside and outside at all times
- Ensure availability of:
- Spare tyres
- Toolbox
- First aid kit
- Safety equipment
- Report vehicle servicing and repair requirements promptly

Passenger Safety & Compliance

- Maintain vehicle logbooks and mileage records

- Service and maintenance schedules
- Keep accurate fuel liquidation records
- Safeguard fuel cards according to company vehicle policy
- Report anomalies or operational issues to management

Field & Administrative Support
The Driver will support field and office operations.
Duties Include:
- Assist with packing training and project materials for field travel
