Position Summary

World Vision Malawi is seeking an experienced Innovations Manager to drive organizational innovation, digital transformation, process improvement, and strategic program development initiatives across Malawi. The successful candidate will identify emerging technologies, improve operational efficiency, support innovation projects, and strengthen organizational capacity to deliver sustainable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovation strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Education Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Innovation Management, Project Management, Public Administration, Technology Management, or MBA preferred.
  • Professional certifications in Project Management, Agile, Design Thinking, or Digital Transformation are advantageous.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in innovation, strategy, project management, or organizational development.
  • Experience leading multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Proven track record of implementing digital solutions and process improvements.
  • Experience working with NGOs, development agencies, government institutions, or multinational organizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
