Improving financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends and recommending actions to management • Monitoring stock levels ensuring adequate quantities are maintained daily – physical stocks fully reconciled to the system • Control and monitor purchases by reviewing and signing off daily requisitions for manufacturing and monitoring all expenses in line with budgets. • Help in the improvement of productivity by developing automated accounting applications and coordinating information requirements. • Analysing actual manufacturing costs • Ensuring that stock taking procedures are consistently applied including monitoring raw material usage variances and diesel usage. • Reviewing and monitoring the consistent reconciliation of containers, crates, to ensure there is always enough stock for production and make requisitions for new supplies where necessary. • Debtors’ management • Sales planning and forecasting, including monitoring and controlling of all logistics issues. • Compilation of sales discount schedule for director’s authorization • Supervision of warehouse supervisors to ensure zero stock-outs of raw materials • Manage all credit sales in line CP credit policy • Supervising Dispatch Clerks, Container Clerks, Sales Ops Officer – ensure all invoicing is captured in Tulasi. • Reconciliation of all suspense accounts, sales, suppliers and debtors. • Reviewing compliance to internal controls at all Live sales depots and providing recommendations for necessary improvements • Preparation of management and compliance reports • Staff training and drive compliance to internal controls in all production and distribution process to ensure that all risks are mitigated, and company assets are safeguarded • Authorization operational documents other than petty cash vouchers • Ensured that supporting documentations for all transactions are properly filed – maintain a proper record keeping system with key documents easily traceable • Guiding costs analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures • Ensuring that company’s management accounting practices are followed and implemented and communicated efficiently • Management and monitoring of fixed costs for allocated Cost Centers in line with budget • Reconciling transactions by correcting and comparing data • Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly management reports
