Job Overview

WaterAid Malawi seeks a motivated Water Quality Analyst to join its Nkhotakota team. This role is critical to ensuring safe drinking water for over 50,000 residents through rigorous testing, data analysis, and collaboration with local stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field and laboratory water quality testing using standardized protocols
  • Analyze microbial, chemical, and physical water parameters
  • Prepare detailed reports for government agencies and community stakeholders
  • Design and implement water safety plans for rural water points
  • Train local technicians in water quality monitoring techniques
  • Collaborate with engineers on infrastructure improvement projects
