Job Overview

The Senior Blockchain Engineer will lead the design, development, and deployment of blockchain-based applications that enhance FMB’s digital product suite. Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement blockchain solutions for payment processing, smart contracts, and digital identity verification.
  • Lead a team of developers in coding, testing, and deploying decentralized applications (dApps) on public and permissioned ledgers.
  • Collaborate with product managers, compliance officers, and security experts to ensure regulatory adherence and data privacy.
  • Optimize blockchain performance, scalability, and security while maintaining cost‑effective infrastructure.

Required Skills

  • Deep understanding of consensus mechanisms, cryptography, and distributed ledger architecture.
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and a passion for delivering secure, scalable solutions.

Education
