Job Overview

The Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) will lead Samsung Electronics Malawi’s innovation agenda, driving the creation of new products, services, and business models that align with market trends and consumer needs. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the CIO will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, external partners, and research institutions to build a pipeline of breakthrough technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation strategy that supports Samsung’s global vision and local market objectives.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in ideation, prototyping, testing, and commercialization of new products and services.
• Establish partnerships with universities, research labs, startups, and government agencies to accelerate innovation.

Salary
