Rapidly assess, triage, and stabilize patients with acute illnesses, injuries, and medical emergencies,as well as providing emergency nursing care and monitoring patient responses

Provide comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care by assessing patients, diagnosing common conditions within scope, administering treatments and medications, and monitoring patient progress. Promote preventive healthcare through health education, immunization, screening, family planning services, disease prevention, accurate documentation, and appropriate referrals when necessary.

Lead and coordinate maternity services, ensuring safe, high-quality antenatal, intrapartum, postnatal, and newborn care. Supervise and support maternity staff, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, infection prevention standards, and effective management of obstetric emergencies.
