I am an experienced, innovative, motivated, creative, analytical and industrious employee. Over the years of my career, I have gained a diverse set of skills and personal qualities which will definitely add value to your team, and more importantly on the role of Youth Development Specialist. Befittingly, with the Master’s degree in Business Administration, I will bring strong project management and cross-sector collaboration abilities including proficiency in using data tools for program evaluation. In addition, with the Bachelor’s degree in Education, I will bring sound knowledge of Malawi’s educational landscape and youth challenges. Moreover, I have a Diploma in Community Development. As such, I have sound knowledge in community development in project implementation, including engagement and influence of stakeholders to support program integration, ownership and scale-up.
Further, I have demonstrated experience in program delivery of youth development, education and community engagement programs including advocacy and child protection program in the country. In the year 2015 up to 2025, I have worked with World Vision International, Jhpiego and DAPP Malawi, implementing youth development, education and community engagement programs. As of now, I am working with VSO as an Education Specialist.

Work & Experience
As an Education Specialist, I provide technical support and capacity building to the government officials at district, zonal and school levels for the effective implementation of the BeFIT programme. Mostly, I am responsible for training and supporting District Education Officers, Primary Education Advisors (PEAs), teachers, and School Managers to effectively integrate Tablet-based learning into teaching practices and school systems.
I lead in the delivery of sexuality education sessions to parents and caregivers of adolescent girls and young women aged 10 -24 in Blantyre District.
