•Provide hands-on leadership and management of daily spray activities •Overseeing all daily administrative operations for the operations site •Managing project spray village deliverables including planning and coordination of all Indoor Residual Spray (IRS) activities in collaboration with Site Manager •Responsible for safety, care, and proper usage of the spray pumps, insecticides, and other personal protection equipment (PPE) during spraying period by spray operators and team leaders •Facilitating training programs for IRS spray operators, team leaders, pump technicians, washers and security guards at operations site level. •Conduct relevant Data Collection using ODK platform

•Liaised with ANCCs and VNCCs in planning, coordination and provision of technical assistance to Care Groups as they carried out health and nutrition interventions. •Coordinated effective training facilitation and orientation during ANCCs, VNCCs, CLANs, ACLANs, and Care Groups sessions •Periodically, with ANCCs, coordinate and supervise the works of care group promoters and cluster leaders. •Ensured quality through regular monitoring of activities, checking that appropriate standards and procedures are observed in health and nutrition education interventions. •Liaised with ANCCs, VNCCs and CLANs during community health and nutrition campaigns such as immunization, growth monitoring, de-worming and Vitamin A capsule distribution campaigns, malaria prevention among others. •Work with ANCCs, VNCCs, and CLANs in developing bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and specified activity plans for care groups. •Liaised with ANCCs, VNCCs and Care Groups Promoters in compiling and analyzing progress reports from care groups and timely submission to District Nutrition Officer on monthly basis. •Liaised with ANCCs, and VNCCs to ensure that Care Groups have the necessary job aids required for the work they are doing. •Participated in community review meetings, M&E initiatives, CG meetings as required. •In liaison with care group promoters and VNCCs, facilitate supportive substitution to care group sessions during emergency cases when VNCCs are not at a position to attend to care group activities such as cooking demonstrations. •Monitoring project activities to ensure adherence to project M&E plans and commission standards and guidelines •Coordinated and participated in community planning and implementation of project related surveys. •Promoted participatory monitoring, evaluation, reporting and action planning at all SUN implementation levels. •Assisted in Data analysis and interpretation and inform management of progress and M&E reports in collaboration with M&E office for donor and district use. •Facilitated and ensured active functioning of community SUN structures. •Communicated with the Nutrition Officer for assistance in circumstances beyond ANCCs, VNCCs, and CLANs capacity.
