Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives
- Conduct audits of existing IT systems and recommend modernization solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud computing and automation tools
- Develop training programs for staff adoption of new technologies
- Monitor cybersecurity protocols to ensure data protection compliance
- Provide technical support for digital marketing and e-commerce platforms
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in digital transformation frameworks and methodologies
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and API integration
- Experience with data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) and AI implementation
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ITIL best practices
- Understanding of regulatory compliance in telecommunications and data privacy
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Master’s degree or professional certifications (PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) preferred
Experience
- 3-5 years in digital transformation consulting or enterprise IT roles
- Experience in the telecommunications or financial services sector
- Track record of successful technology implementation projects
Salary
3,000,000 – 5,000,000 SSP per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Working Environment
