Work & Experience
Monitoring the real-time location, status, and condition of vehicles using available tracking technologies. (GPS) Coordinating and managing regular vehicle maintenance, inspections, repairs, and ensuring vehicles are in optimal condition. Coordinating the day-to-day activities of the fleet, including vehicle scheduling, dispatching, and tracking. Monitoring and controlling fleet-related expenses, including fuel, maintenance, and repairs. Evaluating fleet performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend changes to optimize efficiency. Maintaining accurate records of vehicle usage and maintenance. Supervising and directing the activities of assigned staff. Prepare and maintain logistics records, reports, and documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules. Address operational challenges and recommend effective solutions. Support efficient planning and utilization of fleet resources.
Supervision of goods while loaded and offloaded Coordinate and oversee daily logistics and transport operations.’ Tracking and tracing of the fleet to avoid unnecessary movement.
