Job Overview

The Quality Control Chemist will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all raw materials, intermediate products, and finished cement meet stringent quality specifications and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non‑routine chemical analyses on raw materials, clinker, and finished cement using standard laboratory equipment.
• Validate test methods, calibrate instruments, and maintain laboratory documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Interpret analytical results, generate detailed reports, and communicate findings to production supervisors and engineering teams.
• Identify deviations from quality specifications, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with the procurement department to assess supplier material quality and support supplier development initiatives.
• Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.
• Maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment, adhering to all health, safety, and environmental protocols.

Required Skills
