Job Overview: We are looking for a talented and motivated Renewable Energy Project Manager to lead our renewable energy projects in Malawi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development, implementation, and monitoring of our renewable energy projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role will also involve collaborating with our project teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure the successful execution of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the development, implementation, and monitoring of renewable energy projects in Malawi
- Lead project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to ensure project success
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Required Skills:
- Master’s degree in Renewable Energy or related field
- 8-12 years of experience in renewable energy project management
- Proven track record of delivering successful renewable energy projects
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
