Job Overview

The Hospitality Revenue Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sophisticated pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room) and overall profitability across our hotel portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitor behavior, and consumer demand patterns. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies across all distribution channels.
• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to identify revenue optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align promotional activities with revenue goals.
• Provide accurate weekly and monthly occupancy and revenue forecasts to senior management.
• Monitor and manage distribution channels including OTAs, GDS, and direct booking engines.
• Analyze guest booking patterns to optimize seasonal pricing and package offerings.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in revenue management software and Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Expertise in Excel and data visualization tools.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.

Education

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related quantitative field is required. Professional certification in Revenue Management is highly preferred.

Experience

Candidates must possess at least 5 years of experience in revenue management or commercial analysis within the luxury hospitality sector. Proven track record of increasing RevPAR and managing multi-property revenue strategies is essential. Salary
