Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify areas for service improvement.
- Manage complex customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the floor management team to ensure visual merchandising aligns with customer needs.
- Implement new loyalty program initiatives to increase repeat customer visits.
- Monitor store service standards and provide real-time coaching to frontline staff.
- Generate weekly reports on customer sentiment and service trends for regional management.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Strong emotional intelligence and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret consumer data.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Education
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is required for this position. Candidates with specialized certifications in Customer Relationship Management will be given preference.
Experience
Applicants must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-end retail environment or a customer-centric service industry. Proven experience in handling escalated customer issues and managing service quality metrics is essential.
