Job Overview
The Customer Success Manager will lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value for Airtel Malawi’s diverse client base. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer success strategies that increase churn reduction and upsell opportunities.
