Job Overview

The E-commerce Marketplace Manager will be responsible for overseeing the growth and operational efficiency of our online marketplace in the Northern Region. This role is critical in ensuring that our vendor ecosystem is healthy, our product assortment is diverse, and our customer experience is world-class. You will manage vendor relationships, analyze market trends, and implement strategies to increase Gross Merchandise Value (GMV). This is a high-impact role that requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on operational management. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase the number of active sellers on the platform.
  • Monitor marketplace performance metrics including seller ratings, delivery times, and return rates.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
  • Identify new product categories and trending items to expand the marketplace assortment.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for vendors to improve their digital storefront management.
  • Analyze consumer behavior data to optimize promotional campaigns and seasonal sales events.
