Job Overview
The Digital Transformation Consultant will work closely with clients to design, develop, and implement innovative digital strategies that enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experiences, and unlock new revenue streams. You will lead cross‑functional teams, conduct comprehensive assessments, and deliver end‑to‑end solutions that align with client objectives and industry best practices. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the digital trajectory of leading organizations in Malawi while leveraging Accenture’s global expertise and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define digital transformation roadmaps tailored to client business goals.
- Conduct in‑depth analyses of existing processes, technology stacks, and data ecosystems to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Design and prototype innovative solutions using emerging technologies such as cloud, AI, IoT, and analytics.
- Lead implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
- Facilitate change management initiatives, including training, communication, and adoption strategies.
- Provide thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars, and industry events, positioning Accenture as a trusted advisor.
- Monitor project performance, generate insights, and recommend continuous improvement actions.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
- Proficiency in digital technologies (cloud platforms, AI/ML, RPA, data analytics).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior executives.
- Project management expertise, preferably with PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural, cross‑functional teams.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Chichewa is an advantage.
Education
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Digital Transformation Professional, AWS, Azure) will be considered a strong differentiator.
Experience
Minimum of five years’ experience in digital consulting, technology implementation, or strategic advisory roles. Prior exposure to the African market, especially within Malawi, is highly valued.
Salary
Accenture offers a competitive compensation package ranging from SSP 1,200,000 to SSP 2,000,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance‑based bonuses and annual salary reviews are part of the remuneration structure.
