Job Overview

The Head of Digital Banking Transformation will spearhead the design, development, and execution of the bank’s digital strategy for the Thyolo market and beyond. Key Responsibilities

Education

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required. A master’s degree (MBA, MSc in FinTech, or related) is highly desirable. Professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Certified Digital Banking Professional are a plus.

Experience

Minimum of ten years of progressive experience in digital banking, fintech product development, or large‑scale technology transformation within the banking sector. Prior experience leading digital initiatives in emerging markets, particularly in Sub‑Saharan Africa, will be considered a strong advantage.

Salary
