Job Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient E-Learning Curriculum Designer to join our academic development team in Mzimba. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive digital learning programs that cater to diverse learner needs. You will bridge the gap between traditional pedagogy and modern digital interfaces, ensuring that our educational content is engaging, interactive, and measurable. Key Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive digital curricula that align with national and international educational standards.
• Develop interactive multimedia content including video scripts, infographics, and interactive quizzes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate academic content into digital formats.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of online course development, from prototyping to deployment.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning tools through data analytics and user feedback.
• Ensure all digital content is accessible to learners with disabilities, adhering to global standards.

Education

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in curriculum design, specifically within a digital or e-learning context. Proven experience in managing large-scale educational projects and working with diverse stakeholders is highly desirable.
