Job Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Senior E-learning Instructional Designer to lead our digital curriculum development projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design and development of interactive e-learning modules using industry-standard authoring tools.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex educational concepts into digestible digital content.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning gaps and design targeted digital interventions.
  • Manage the implementation of Learning Management Systems (LMS) to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning programs through data analytics and learner feedback.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in EdTech to ensure our curriculum remains cutting-edge and inclusive.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, or Dick and Carey.
  • Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar authoring software.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple digital content lifecycles simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) for inclusive digital learning.

Education

A Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field is required. A Bachelor’s degree with significant professional experience may be considered in exceptional circumstances.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, specifically focused on digital or e-learning environments. Proven track record of delivering successful large-scale online training programs is essential. Experience working within international NGOs or educational institutions is highly desirable.

Salary
