Job Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our Human Capital division. This role is critical in aligning business objectives with employees’ needs and ensuring that our human capital strategy supports the overall growth of the firm in the Southern African region. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing expert guidance on organizational design, talent management, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior executives to translate business strategies into actionable HR initiatives.
- Lead organizational design projects to optimize workforce efficiency and structure.
- Drive talent management strategies, including succession planning and high-potential identification.
- Manage complex employee relations issues and provide coaching to management teams.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights for workforce planning and decision-making.
- Oversee performance management frameworks to ensure high levels of employee engagement.

- Advanced expertise in strategic workforce planning and organizational development.

Education
A Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or an MBA is required. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field combined with significant professional certification (such as SHRM or CIPD) will be considered.
Experience
A minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a strategic business partnering role within a large-scale professional services or multinational corporation.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position is competitive, ranging from 850,000 SSP to 1,200,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
