We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing team in Lilongwe. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior executives to translate business strategies into actionable human resource initiatives.

Required Skills
- Advanced expertise in strategic human resource management and organizational development.

- In-depth knowledge of Malawi labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proven ability to lead change management initiatives in a corporate setting.
Education
A Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or an MBA is required. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field with significant advanced experience may be considered.
Experience
A minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 4 years in a strategic business partnering role within a professional services or large corporate environment. Experience in managing diverse teams and navigating complex organizational structures is essential.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 1,200,000 SSP to 2,500,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
