Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Agronomy Research Scientist to lead our field research initiatives in Northern Malawi. This role is critical to our mission of optimizing crop productivity and developing resilient agricultural systems that can withstand changing climatic conditions. The successful candidate will design, implement, and manage complex field trials, analyze large datasets, and translate scientific findings into actionable recommendations for local farmers. This position requires a deep understanding of soil science, plant pathology, and crop genetics. Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute large-scale field experiments to evaluate crop performance and soil health.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 850,000 SSP to 1,200,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
