Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the deployment of large-scale cellular base stations and microwave backhaul systems.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and optimization of radio access networks (RAN) to ensure maximum uptime.
• Lead technical audits of existing infrastructure to identify areas for capacity upgrades.
• Collaborate with international vendors to integrate new hardware and software into the existing network architecture.
• Manage large-scale technical projects from the planning phase through to final commissioning.
• Develop and implement rigorous preventative maintenance schedules for all critical network nodes.

Required Skills

• Expertise in LTE, 5G, and microwave transmission technologies.
• Proficiency in network simulation tools and spectrum analysis equipment.
• Strong project management capabilities and ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Advanced analytical skills for diagnosing complex signal interference and network congestion issues.
• In-depth knowledge of ITU standards and local telecommunications regulatory frameworks.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field from a recognized university is mandatory. Professional certification in CCNA, CCNP, or specialized wireless technologies is highly preferred.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of seven years of hands-on experience in telecommunications infrastructure design and maintenance, preferably within a major mobile network operator environment. Proven experience in managing large-scale network rollouts is essential for success in this role.

Salary
