Job Overview
The Senior Hospitality Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our luxury properties, ensuring that all departments—from front desk to food and beverage—operate at peak efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance high-level financial planning with hands-on operational management. You will be tasked with implementing new service protocols, managing large-scale budgets, and leading a diverse team of department heads to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction scores. Education

Candidates must possess a minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in hospitality management, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership or director-level role within a luxury hotel or resort setting.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 1,200,000 SSP to 2,500,000 SSP, depending on experience and performance metrics. This is a highly competitive package within the local market.
