Job Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Hospitality Operations Director to oversee the daily operations of our flagship properties. This role is critical to maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring that all departments—from front desk to food and beverage—operate in perfect harmony. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction. Experience

A minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hotel operations is required. Proven track record of managing large-scale hospitality teams and achieving significant revenue growth is essential.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 850,000 SSP to 1,200,000 SSP, depending on experience and performance metrics.
