The Senior Commercial Real Estate Analyst will play a critical role in our investment advisory division. As a senior member of the team, you will bridge the gap between raw data and actionable investment intelligence. You will work closely with senior partners to shape the investment strategy for retail, office, and industrial spaces across the country. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and feasibility studies for new commercial developments.
  • Develop complex discounted cash flow (DCF) models and sensitivity analyses for property acquisitions.

  • Monitor macroeconomic trends and local regulatory changes affecting the real estate sector.
  • Collaborate with property managers to analyze asset performance and optimize rental yields.

Education

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial real estate analysis, investment banking, or property asset management. Proven experience in managing large-scale portfolios or advising institutional clients is highly desirable. Salary
