Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Hospitality Food and Beverage Manager to lead our culinary and service operations. This role is critical to maintaining the high standards of our dining outlets, bars, and banquet services. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of food and beverage service, from menu planning and inventory management to staff training and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for all food and beverage outlets to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities to ensure consistent service quality.
  • Manage food and beverage costs, including inventory control, waste reduction, and supplier negotiations.
  • Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of service staff and kitchen personnel to uphold brand standards.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design innovative menus that cater to local and international tastes.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective actions to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Education

Experience

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from SSP 850,000 to SSP 1,200,000, depending on experience and performance metrics.
