Job Overview

The Hydropower Plant Operations Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day functioning of the Chiradzulu hydroelectric facility, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance with national regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all operational activities of the hydroelectric plant, ensuring generation targets are met.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment reliability.
• Monitor plant performance metrics, analyze data, and produce regular reports for senior management.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, conducting regular audits.
