Job Overview

The Senior Hospitality Guest Relations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that every guest’s stay is seamless, personalized, and exceeding expectations. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Guest Relations department to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Manage VIP guest arrivals, including personalized welcome amenities and dedicated concierge services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guest feedback, resolving complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping and Food & Beverage departments to ensure room readiness and special dietary requirements are met.
  • Analyze guest satisfaction data to identify trends and implement service improvement initiatives.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members on luxury service standards and effective communication.

Required Skills

  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities under high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of luxury hospitality trends and guest psychology.

Education

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is required. Professional certifications in Luxury Service Management are highly advantageous.

Experience

Candidates must possess at least 5 to 7 years of experience in a high-end hospitality environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Proven experience in handling VIP clientele is essential for this role.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 850,000 SSP to 1,200,000 SSP, depending on experience and performance metrics.
