Job Overview
The Senior Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the human capital strategy for Deloitte Malawi. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Lead the talent acquisition process to attract, recruit, and retain top-tier professional talent.
- Oversee performance management systems to drive high performance and accountability.
- Manage employee relations issues, including complex disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulatory requirements in Malawi.

Education
A Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is required. Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CIPD is highly preferred.
Experience
A minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 4 years in a senior management or leadership role, preferably within a professional services or consulting environment.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 850,000 SSP to 1,500,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
