The Senior Mining Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our mining activities in the Kasungu region. Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage daily mining operations to ensure production targets are met safely and efficiently.
- Implement and oversee rigorous health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management systems.
- Optimize resource allocation, including machinery, manpower, and budget management.
- Develop and execute long-term mine planning and operational strategies.
- Monitor geological data and production reports to identify areas for process improvement.

Education

Experience
A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in large-scale mining operations is required. At least 5 years of experience in a senior management or supervisory role within a multinational mining corporation is essential. Salary
