Key Duties and Responsibilities (JD)
The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR operations and workforce management functions.

- Translate African Parks’ Group and Regional HR strategies into park-level implementation plans.

- Provide strategic HR reporting and workforce updates to regional leadership.
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage and oversee:
- Recruitment and talent acquisition

- Performance management systems

- Employee exits and separation processes
- Maintain secure and confidential employee files and HR records.
- Ensure employment contracts and HR documentation comply with internal procedures.
