Job Overview
The Customer Experience Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping how consumers interact with our diverse portfolio of brands. This is not a traditional marketing role; it is a multidisciplinary position that combines behavioral psychology, design thinking, and data analytics to map out the entire consumer journey. You will be responsible for identifying pain points in the consumer lifecycle and designing seamless, delightful touchpoints that drive brand loyalty and repeat purchases. Key Responsibilities
- Map comprehensive consumer journey maps across various retail and digital touchpoints.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand consumer motivations and behaviors.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure packaging and product delivery align with user experience goals.
- Design and implement feedback loops to capture real-time consumer sentiment.
- Analyze sales data and consumer trends to identify opportunities for brand engagement.
- Work closely with the supply chain to ensure product availability matches consumer demand patterns.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in design thinking methodologies and user journey mapping.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex consumer data sets.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to present insights to stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving abilities with a focus on human-centric design.
- Proficiency in digital collaboration tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Consumer Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Certification in User Experience (UX) design or Design Thinking is highly advantageous.
Experience
Candidates must possess between 3 to 5 years of professional experience in customer experience design, brand management, or marketing research, preferably within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 850,000 SSP to 1,200,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
