Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Financial Controller to join our executive finance team in Mzuzu. This critical role is responsible for overseeing the financial health of our regional operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing high-level financial intelligence to the board. Education

Candidates must possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory.

Experience

A minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably within the banking or financial services sector. Proven experience in a senior management or controller role is essential.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position is competitive, ranging from 1,500,000 SSP to 2,500,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
