Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Lead financial forecasting, scenario analysis, and long‑term financial modeling.
• Provide senior management with insightful financial reports, variance analysis, and performance dashboards.
• Coordinate with risk, compliance, and treasury teams to integrate financial planning with risk management frameworks.
• Monitor key financial metrics, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.

Education

Experience

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting within the banking or financial services sector. Prior experience in a senior leadership role is essential.

Salary

The competitive salary range for this role is SSP 2,500,000 – SSP 3,500,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional performance‑based incentives may be offered.
