The Senior Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the human capital strategy for our Blantyre operations. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support the long-term business goals of the firm.
- Lead the talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier professionals in the professional services sector.
- Oversee the performance management system to drive a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Manage complex employee relations issues with a focus on conflict resolution and legal compliance.

Education
A Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or a related field is required. An MBA with a focus on Human Capital is highly preferred. Professional certification such as SHRM-CP or CIPD is an added advantage.
Experience
A minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in human resources management, preferably within a professional services or consulting environment. Proven track record of managing large-scale HR functions and leading diverse teams is essential.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from SSP 850,000 to SSP 1,500,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a competitive package designed to attract the best talent in the market.
