Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Senior Laboratory Microbiologist to lead our microbiological testing protocols at our Mchinji facility. This role is critical to ensuring the safety and quality of our beverage products through rigorous testing, analysis, and compliance monitoring. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all microbiological testing procedures for raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Develop and implement advanced microbiological testing protocols to ensure compliance with international food safety standards.
• Oversee the maintenance and calibration of sophisticated laboratory equipment used in microbial analysis.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, potential contamination risks, and areas for process improvement.
• Manage and mentor junior laboratory technicians and quality assurance staff.
