Job Overview

The Senior Metallurgical Engineer will play a pivotal role in optimizing the mineral extraction and processing workflows at our Mchinji site. This position is critical for ensuring that our metallurgical processes are highly efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with international environmental standards. You will be responsible for overseeing complex chemical and physical separation processes, managing large-scale pilot plants, and leading a team of junior engineers and technicians. This is a high-impact role that requires a deep understanding of mineralogy, hydrometallurgy, and pyrometallurgy.
