Job Overview

The Senior E-commerce Logistics Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end fulfillment process for our growing online marketplace. This position is critical in ensuring that customer orders are processed, packed, and dispatched with maximum efficiency and minimal error. You will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, including third-party delivery partners, warehouse staff, and procurement teams, to maintain a seamless flow of goods. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of last-mile delivery and inventory management in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze logistics performance metrics (KPIs) to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and transport partners to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Implement and supervise advanced tracking systems to provide real-time visibility to customers.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to integrate new warehouse management software.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex logistics data and trends.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing vendor relationships.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce fulfillment models and last-mile delivery challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.

Education

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Professional certifications such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CPIM (Certified in Planning and Inventory Management) will be highly regarded.

Experience

Candidates must possess at least 5 to 7 years of proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably within the e-commerce or high-volume retail sector. Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale distribution networks and optimizing delivery routes is essential for success in this role.

Salary
