Job Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Accountant to join our team in Lilongwe, Malawi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial management and accounting services to the bank’s operations in Malawi. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
• Manage and supervise a team of accounting staff
• Develop and implement financial management systems and processes

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting and financial management
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and policies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
