Job Overview

The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of the bank’s CSR strategy in Malawi. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CSR strategy aligned with the bank’s ESG goals and local development priorities.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize community projects in areas such as financial literacy, youth empowerment, climate resilience, and health promotion.
  • Manage relationships with NGOs, government agencies, and community leaders to ensure collaborative project delivery.
  • Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting for all CSR initiatives, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Salary
