Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and sales targets.
- Manage day‑to‑day execution of campaigns across social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, display advertising, and influencer partnerships.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content, including videos, graphics, and copy tailored for digital platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and cost‑per‑acquisition.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data‑driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Maintain the brand’s digital asset library and ensure consistency across all online touchpoints.
- Stay updated on emerging digital trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the competition.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and platform partners to ensure timely delivery and cost‑effective execution.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and programmatic networks.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy for diverse audiences.
- Creative mindset combined with a data‑driven approach to problem‑solving.
- Project management experience, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are considered an advantage.
Experience
Minimum of three to five years of hands‑on experience managing digital marketing campaigns for consumer brands, preferably within the FMCG sector. Experience working in emerging markets, especially in Africa, is highly valued.
Salary
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from SSP 800,000 to 1,200,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance‑based bonuses and incentives are also part of the compensation package.
