Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and needs assessments to identify gaps in financial services for low‑income and rural segments.
- Develop end‑to‑end product concepts, business cases, pricing models, and go‑to‑market strategies aligned with Ecobank’s inclusion objectives.
- Collaborate with technology partners to integrate mobile money, agent banking, and digital onboarding solutions.
- Lead cross‑functional product development cycles, ensuring timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Monitor product performance metrics, gather customer feedback, and iterate on features to enhance adoption and satisfaction.
- Prepare and present product proposals to senior leadership and board committees for approval and funding.
- Coordinate training programs for sales and field staff to ensure effective product rollout and customer education.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data analysis tools and market segmentation techniques.

Education

Experience
Minimum of five years of product management experience within the banking or financial services sector, with a proven record of launching inclusive financial products. Experience working in emerging markets, particularly in Sub‑Saharan Africa, is strongly preferred.
Salary
The compensation package ranges from SSP 1,200,000 to SSP 1,800,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The package includes performance‑based incentives, health insurance, and a pension scheme.
