Job Overview

The Pharmaceutical Production Supervisor will lead a team of production operators and technicians to ensure the efficient, safe, and compliant manufacturing of pharmaceutical products. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet batch schedules and output targets.
• Ensure strict adherence to GMP, SOPs, and health‑safety regulations throughout the production floor.
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot deviations, and coordinate maintenance with the Engineering team.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify product quality and process compliance.
• Lead shift handovers, communicate production status, and update management on key performance indicators.
• Implement continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
• Maintain accurate production records, batch documentation, and regulatory filings.
• Coach, mentor, and evaluate production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to address non‑conformances and drive corrective actions.
• Support inventory management by coordinating raw material usage and finished goods release.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, and WHO pharmaceutical manufacturing standards.
• Proficiency in batch record review, deviation management, and documentation control.

Experience
