Job Overview
The Process Improvement Manager will lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of lean initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and drive cost savings across the manufacturing floor. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive process audits to identify inefficiencies and recommend lean solutions.
- Develop and lead Kaizen events, Six Sigma projects, and value‑stream mapping exercises.
- Collaborate with production supervisors, engineers, and quality teams to implement standardized work instructions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cycle time, OEE, and defect rates, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Facilitate training sessions on lean tools, problem‑solving techniques, and continuous improvement mindsets.
- Drive the adoption of digital manufacturing technologies that support data‑driven decision making.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards throughout all improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑centric approach.
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing methodologies, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education

Experience
