Key Responsibilities

• Analyze metallurgical data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

Education

A Master of Science in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field is mandatory. A Bachelor’s degree alone will not be considered for this senior-level position. Professional certification in process engineering is highly desirable.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of seven years of direct experience in mineral processing within a large-scale mining environment. Proven track record in managing metallurgical plant operations and leading technical teams is essential. Salary
