Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality management systems and ensure that all manufacturing processes adhere to strict regulatory and safety standards. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance protocols across all production lines.
- Lead internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Manage the laboratory team to ensure accurate testing of raw materials and finished products.
- Collaborate with the production department to troubleshoot manufacturing deviations.
- Oversee the documentation and reporting of all quality-related metrics and non-conformances.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing efficiency and product consistency.
Required Skills
- Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001 and food/chemical safety management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities regarding chemical compositions.
- Expertise in statistical process control (SPC) and quality management software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication skills for reporting to senior management and external auditors.
Education
A Master’s Degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field is mandatory. A Bachelor’s degree with significant specialized experience may be considered in exceptional cases.
Experience
A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in quality assurance within a large-scale manufacturing or chemical processing environment is required. Proven experience in managing laboratory technicians and leading audit processes is essential.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 1,500,000 SSP to 2,500,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s expertise and qualifications.
