Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Robotics Automation Specialist to join our specialized engineering team in Ntchowe. This role is critical to our mission of implementing advanced automated systems within local manufacturing plants. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, programming, and maintaining complex robotic systems that optimize production lines and reduce human error. Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IoT sensors into existing machinery.

- Expertise in PLC programming (Siemens TIA Portal preferred).

Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical field is mandatory. Advanced certifications in industrial automation or specialized robotics training are highly desirable.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, specifically working with multi-axis robotic arms and integrated control systems. Proven experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial setting is essential for success in this role.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 1,200,000 SSP to 2,500,000 SSP, depending on technical expertise and previous experience in the automation sector.
